Presently, you will be able to view (and edit) the email addressee by closing the template tab, and click on the general candidate tab. We may add a reminder on the email address in the future, but it is unlikely you will be able change the recipient in the emailing tab. Becasue the default email is the main identifier of each candidate in the system; it would be more appropriate to change it in the main candidate page. But dont let this slow you down: thanks to our ajax platform, you can do this instantly, without having to reload pages and wait for them to load.

Hi there: its a great suggestion, and something we have started working onWe will start by adding with some of the most established tests like OCEAN MBTI and ANAGRAM in the templates; and then identify other best practices in recruitment/screening that we can propose to all users. If you have specific tests that you need us to add to this list please do so here...

We plan for these first tests to be released sometimes around the end of 2009.

Thanks for your feedback on this. Recent items, recent emails and recent candidates have all been created to help the usability and the speed at which you can access the information. We have configured "recent candidates" to look for candidates that have been accessed recently at the organization-level. We are not evaluating whether to relate it to the latest user-activity. Thanks for your suggestion.
