Visible mail address
It would be great if we could see the email address of the receiver when a template is sent.

Presently, you will be able to view (and edit) the email addressee by closing the template tab, and click on the general candidate tab. We may add a reminder on the email address in the future, but it is unlikely you will be able change the recipient in the emailing tab. Becasue the default email is the main identifier of each candidate in the system; it would be more appropriate to change it in the main candidate page. But dont let this slow you down: thanks to our ajax platform, you can do this instantly, without having to reload pages and wait for them to load.

add the option to plug standard psychological tests to facilitate the screening of the candidates
It would be great if we could choose from a list of psychology test to send to candidates by email or weblink. These tests can give us an indication of the type of behavior they will have in real life situations. Because they are not "right or wrong" answers, I believe these tests are the best suited for online screening, where exact identity cannot be guaranteed (like in an in-person test).

Hi there: its a great suggestion, and something we have started working onWe will start by adding with some of the most established tests like OCEAN MBTI and ANAGRAM in the templates; and then identify other best practices in recruitment/screening that we can propose to all users. If you have specific tests that you need us to add to this list please do so here…
We plan for these first tests to be released sometimes around the end of 2009.

Integrated Calendar
It would be nice to have a common calendar on the Dashboard for users of the same group to be able to view tasks/interviews.

recent candidates
I witnessed that the "recent candidate" field is not very relevant, Names showing are actually not the ones the user did go to.
It would be very helpful to have this tool working because those canidates are the reason you log in aqayo, most of the time.2 votesunder review ·AdminaQayo

Thanks for your feedback on this. Recent items, recent emails and recent candidates have all been created to help the usability and the speed at which you can access the information. We have configured “recent candidates” to look for candidates that have been accessed recently at the organization-level. We are not evaluating whether to relate it to the latest user-activity. Thanks for your suggestion.

Add a tab dedicated to the club of users
the club of users space is open to all visitors, it will consist of forums and multimedia features proposed by existing aqayo users. Aqayo User Club (AUC) membership is automatic and free for all Aqayo clients

email filter feature for generic HR@company.com incoming CVs
the filters could be set by customer:
if the subject include a position number, the CV could be added to that particular requisition for instance
